Dear colleagues, dear participants of the Russian vending market!
As a newly elected President of the Russian National Vending Association (RNVA) I intend to spur a work of the Association by starting realization in a planned manner number of necessary and valuable for all businesses measures.
My main principles are a work to the interest of all participants of the market and not using of the presidency neither in my personal no in the interest of my company.
There are two main aims which I, as the President of RNVA, consider as the priorities in my work. These are creation of the positive economic climate helping to promote further the vending industry development, as well as brining the industry for a new stage of development in terms of the industry perception by the external environment (state officials, consumers, etc.) and creation the civilized competitive internal environment.
The aims have been recently supported by the concrete action plan approved on the RNVA Board meeting.
Our first priority task is to decrease the Imputed earnings tax (ÅÍÂÄ) rate for the vending industry and also to prepare the information materials intended to help operators in regions to decrease K2 coefficient. These tasks will require efforts both on federal and municipal levels.
The Russian National Vending Association plans to collect and generalize Russian vending industry practices and experiences, as well as practices and experiences of our western and eastern colleagues. In an early future the special committee will be established for taking care of this task. More close relationship with the European Vending Association (EVA) is our priority on this direction.
Other important step in development will be regular conducting of conferences and seminars for operators, including consulting services of the industry top specialists. We also plan to provide industry members with the informational support of the technical, legal and organizational aspects of the vending business.
The last but not the least, we are very interested in increase of the Association members quantity. The reason of this task is simple – the Russian National Vending Association will be perceived more seriously by the society, governmental and business structures if we combine our “voices” in one loud “voice”.
We will be heard only when we put our efforts together for solving the tasks interested and worried each and every participant of the Russian vending market.
With big respect
President of the Russian National Vending Association
Boris G. Belotserkovsky
