Boris Belotserkovsky the president of the Russian National Vending Association: "Industry progress is our daily task"
“The Russian vending industry has undergone substantial changes since 2005. The popularity of the National Association indicate formation of a civilized business environment,” attests Boris Belotserkovsky, the RNVA President.
The RNVA actively collaborates with the legislative bodies of the Russian Federation. For example, legislation on fiscalisation of vending comes into force in July 2018. All pay vending machines need to linked via telemetry to the tax authorities. The tax box can serve multiple machines. The vending machines do not have to print receipts. After the implementation the grey market will be eliminated, and operators re-focus on growth.
The RNVA continues to lobby for installation of vending machines throughout Russia’s capital as part of its “Vending within Moscow” project with the Department of Trade and Services of the Moscow City Government.
The RNVA is a member of the international vending community. The main objective of national associations in Europe is consolidation.
The RNVA regularly conducts training seminars, forums, business dinners, conferences and round tables, and provides informational support for specialized international exhibitions in Europe.
“In our work, it’s important not to break the momentum. Advancing and perfecting the vending industry is our daily task,” notes Boris Belotserkovsky, the RNVA President.
